Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on the 2nd of December, 1982 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model who is well-known for her appearances on TV shows and films. Brandt began her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with her part as Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade the actress has been featured in many TV series, such as of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt began playing Mazikeen (the character performed by Tom Ellis Lauren German, as well as Kevin Alejandro) in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer at the beginning of 2016. Brandt was lived in Cape Town South Africa and later immigrated into Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. The actress began her career as a model by appearing in ads and commercials. The rise of her to fame as a model began while she began working in retail and IT recruitment. On the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her first big role secured. Her first appearance was in Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She performed the role of Naevia, a slave in the show. In addition, she played the character Naevia in the prequel miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016 Mazikeen began her role as a bounty hunting demon in the Netflix smash hit Lucifer. She has played her leading role until this point. The show features her co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
